Anas related that Rasulullah said: Take the Suhoor meal, for there is blessing in it (Bukhari, Muslim).
Aim: To encourage the children to eat suhoor.
Discuss how they find waking up for suhoor so far.
Why do they think they have to wake up so early?
Suhoor is so early and a time when it is difficult to eat for some.

- cut fruit
- cream
- milk
- ice
As you put the ingredients into the blender, tell children that these are like the foods they eat and drink
Blend
The blended ingredients represent the food after digestion
Serve milkshakes for iftar.
